Shastri Associates dates back to 1971 when Dr. Ganesh Ganapati Shastri started a small Advocate chamber at Vyalikaval, Bangalore, with a few colleagues. Now Sri. Sadanand Ganesh Shastri, B.A.(L), LL.M, PGDIPRL has taken over the reins of Shastri Associates since his completion of law degree and enrolled in the Karnataka State Bar Council from the year 2009.
Sadanand Shastri has completed his law Degree with First Class from Bangalore University. He then completed his Masters in Business Law with First Class. He also has completed his Post graduation Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law School by scoring a rank. He got picked up early by Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Corp. as a Legal Executive in his campus recruitment. He has worked sincerely and industriously for a year and cleared more than 1200 pending files during his tenure. He headed the Third Party Claims department and Customer Handling team managing efficiently both of them. He also was looking into the Lok Adalat negotiations.
He moved into a new US based company called Pramata Knowledge Solutions. He was the Delivery Lead (Legal). However, his stay was short for only 5 months. He handled all sorts of NDA's, Confidential Agreements, HIPAA Contracts, T & T agreements. Mr. Shastri always wanted to litigate as that was his forte. Since last 14 years he is practicing in the Hon'ble Supreme Court, The Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka and Trial Courts of Bangalore. He heads Shastri Associates and has handled Civil, Criminal, Labour, Family and Service matters. With a group of dedicated Advocates Shastri Associates intends to deliver Speedy Justice to all its clients.
